Scheduling confirmations, updates, and project details are typically provided by email for clear record-keeping.

Project Day Expectations

Our crew generally arrives between:

  • 8:00–9:00 AM for projects in Pine City, Rush City, and Mora
  • 9:00–10:00 AM for outlying areas

Safety is our top priority. Work zones are strictly off-limits to all clients, pets, and bystanders during operations — no exceptions. Safety cones and barriers will be placed for protection and compliance.

Cleanup standards and debris handling are specified directly within your proposal. Please review your proposal carefully for any site-specific notes or exclusions.

Standards & Practices

Blue Pine Works operates in accordance with ANSI A300 and Z133 standards for arboricultural operations, ensuring all work is performed to the highest level of safety and professionalism.

Our team members are trained, certified, and insured to handle complex and technical projects with care and precision.

After the Work

A member of our team may follow up shortly after your project to confirm your satisfaction. We do not offer warranties, as every project is evaluated and executed with full consideration of site conditions and long-term outcomes prior to acceptance.

Our Commitment

Blue Pine Works is committed to building long-term relationships with clients who value quality, safety, and professionalism. We believe in stewardship — of trees, land, and community — and we look forward to becoming your trusted partner in tree care for years to come.
